Bought new cd key and got kicked by PBbansHUB

Can someone explain me please why i am getting kicked by PBbansHUB for reason: 12000 enforced mbi ban, i have checked my guid on website and its clean, but still i am getting kicked.

Guid: 8b3554fb

What game are you playing? Also can you double check the provided guid?

On August 20 2012 you connected to a server streaming via PBBans with 2 different pbguids one of which was issued a ban back in June 2011.

The server address was 193.192.58.92:55555 (COD2)
The banned pbguid 766c2035e0c8dd64d30c6f9bc90c1d81

The clean pbguid 163c84f8

Solution:
Just use the clean cd key/pbguid to play with
