Hi everyone . I got banned from a server ( HOG ) and I dont know why , when I asked them to lift me they said you are not on the list anymore, your ban could be lifted from our side . then they said I have to contact you .
this is the massege that I get : Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster permanent ban issued on this Game Server for player 'hshak2007' ... Prior Kick/Ban .
my account is hshak2007 in battlelog . and this is the only server that I got banned . what should I do ?

This is what exactly they said : you are not on the list anymore, your ban could be lifted from our side. The message is from punk buster so you have to go and contact them and they can help you with it. Sorry there is nothing else what we can do in here

first, this is not PunkBuster. PunkBuster is developed by Even Balance http://www.evenbalance.com/index.php
second, if you only get the message from that server, it is on their end. they may not know what to do

they need to go into the seever files, look for the pb banlist.txt and search for you in there.
delete the line.
restart server.
