The one that is not streaming;
BF3 - 109.70.149.55:47230
is because you added a server with the rcon port and not the actual game/join port.
You can delete the incorrect server address from your team account yourself via account manager.

***update***
I worked out that your none streaming server 109.70.149.55:47230 should actually have been 109.70.149.55:25230
I have added 109.70.149.55:25230 to your team account and its is streaming nicely.
I have left the wrong IP address (109.70.149.55:47230) in your team account so you can see were you went wrong.
Delete it via account manager at your leisure.
