Youtube video has been removed as we don't accept them as evidence against cheaters. May I suggest you contact Jage Owen (123674) at http://www.ka-tet.co.uk and show your findings to him. You never know he may have some submittable evidence.
The player in question has already got one entry on our MBI and an external ban elsewhere so I dare say it won't be long before another GUID of his is banned.
