Hello guys, I'm new here and need some help. I was fragging on the server called, TeamMuppet NoDownloads XPS, a British server which has the ip address 213.108.29.116:27030 . There was a player called *poof* who was using an aimbot and causing havoc, so I recorded him. I've attached the recording that I made to this post.

This incident took place on the 15th of April 2011.

only verifiable streamed evidence can be accepted

I'm sorry, I thought you dealt with all servers on matters of cheating, this will be my last comment on the subject.

We simply cannot verify the validity of evidence submitted unless the server in question is streaming to us at the time. I would recommend either joining streaming servers or contacting the server owners and suggesting to them that they get setup for streaming.
